    This omnibus covers two story arcs. It finishes up the Tsunade arc and starts the final arc of the Naruto genin era.

    While it is another great volume I do think the action and emotional impact of the Sasuke arc translates better on the anime them it does here.

    The genin we've come to know are now heading off on a mission to recover a fellow ninja that most of them don't even like. Still they do it and risk their lives for it.

    For me this final arc before the time skip shows what kind of threats
