    I just purchased the digital version of this cookbook. I have been eating ketogenic for 8 months and love the energy and weight control. I have not made any recipes from this book yet however I just finished looking through them all. This book has a nice variety of functional recipes along with some I'd use for special dinners or guests. I'm looking forward to trying the bread recipe as well as the pizza crusts - there are two. I'm also interested in the chili, and the roast. I rated th

I rated this a 4 partly because I have not tried the recipes but also because they use honey in some recipes and while the amount is small I avoid all simple sugars in my diet, even if they are natural. (I will substitute with stevia.) All in all, I will be cooking from these recipes very soon.

    I wasn't expecting much from this, so I was happily surprised with the goods ideas and delicious recipes. The author avoids the evangelicalism so common in the low-carb community.

    I've been doing keto for a couple of years, it is an incredibly enjoyable way to eat and lose weight without deprivation. This is a wonderful keto cookbook, it's one of my favorites for cooking for my family. I've not been disappointed with any recipes from this book. Some of my favories are prosciutto and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms, classic mozzarella sticks, and philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers.

    I have not tried this diet yet, but this book is a nice introduction to the subject. The recipes look yummy.
